Successfully won the bid for the project of H. In 2016, a second factory was put into use. This year we undertook as the main contractor one facade decoration project named H.Brothers World- A Theme Movie Park as well as several projects as a sub-contractor, such as Poly?Your Skycity Project, Johnson Controls’ Second Global Headquarters Building in Shanghai Hongqiao, Greentown Roses Garden in Linhai, etc.. As a result, we were certified as a recognized member by CCPA and the International GRCA.

2015
In 2015, we contracted Shanghai Disney Resort, Hangzhou Greentown Qiantang Bright Moon, and another two projects developed by Binjiang Group, known as Hangzhou Grand Palace and Hangzhou Xixi Star. We came to a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with Binjiang Real Estate on GRC products.

In 2014, we successfully set up 2 sci-tech projects, developed 20 new products, accomplished 3 industry-university-institute cooperative projects and declared 15 patents, of which 12 were authorized.We were engaged in projects like Zhejiang Wuzhen Graceland by Greentown Group, Hangzhou Xixi Pearl by Binjiang Group and Jiangyin Royal Dragon Bay by Shimao Group, and ranked among the 1st generation of governing units of Decorative Concrete Branch, CCPA.

In 2013, another two branch plants in Tianjin and Fujian were ready for use, providing products for the projects in Fujian, namely Shimao Dragon Bay, Shimao Shishi Skyscrapers City, etc., which contributed to a long-term strategic cooperation agreement between Shimao Group and our company on GRC products with decorative facing layer.In the same year, we were honored as "the Best Cooperative Partner of Shanghai Branch of Excellence Group".

In 2011, we rent a branch plant in Huizhou, Guangdong. This year we won the project of Shanghai Institute of Visual Art, Shimao Plaza in Kunshan,etc.. The company name was officially changed into Shanghai Zhuoou Construction & Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd..

In 2010, we took charge of teaching building construction for Shanghai Tongji University, which was perfectly completed finally and honorably granted with “Magnolia Award”.

2005
In 2005, Shanghai Zhuoxin Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded, with its first factory situated on No. 1780, Qingzhao Road, Qingpu District of Shanghai. The company targeted building decoration and construction, and began to supply GRC products and undertake facade decoration projects.
